How submitted information is used

Elite Mechanical uses information sent through this website to review project opportunities, respond to inquiries and communicate about potential or active work.

Information provided

This may include your name, company, contact details, project location, schedule, scope and any plans or documents you choose to attach to an email.

Form delivery

Website bid inquiries are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to Estimating@elite-mechanicals.com. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. You can also email our estimating team directly.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with Elite personnel or project partners when needed to evaluate or perform the requested work. Elite does not sell inquiry information. Project records may be retained for estimating, contractual and business purposes.
